Why there isn't a clothing menu, like the build menu?

Good question... The clothing menu has always seemed to be less important for some reason than the building menu. Who knows if it'll ever change.

I wish they would... but there are lots of other things to be messed with I guess.

Who should I talk to?

I wish it would change. Improvements have been suggested, like searching for a particular resource used on projects, or at least having clothes types on different pages although mostly you are looking for ANYTHING to make out of a single type of material, rather than searching for one type of item made of several possible materials, since most characters only have one basic material. Clothing menu would also link to build menu if you could open details for needed tools and start constructing them through the clothing menu. Clothing is kinda different because it's weightless.

Currently if you wanna browse through clothing options, it's better to go to the wiki. There are also categories for hemp, cotton, silk, bone, feather, leather, knit, wool cloth, fur, crocheted and glass bead clothing so you can see the options for using a certain resource (although some others might be needed as well).
