Primitive oven in use whith no project related to it.

There is a "Primitive oven" in use in the town named Irdrosto, in the Esperanto island, which has no project related with it.
I suppose this is a bug, so can anybody liberate it?

Since it's just a resource in general, no article is needed: "Meat is being cooked on it". But in case it was some certain chunk of meat then you would say "The meat is being cooked". But never "a meat".
Also, "appropriate" has two p's in the beginning.

It and the other three blocked machine have been "liberated" - There are still 3 projects on various ovens/spits etc

I didn't realise... as doesn't appear which machine is used by each project...

I don't understand, the primitive oven is still in use, and we hadn't more blocked machines.
