Ship Radio Receiver???

I am curious why there is a ship radio transmitter but NO RECEIVER!

Makes no sense... Or am I missing something. 8)

It already exists - the vehicle radio receiver can be built in cabins

Moved to General support as this is a duplicate of an already implemented
feature.
