Wheelbarrows increase the weight you can drag. It doesn't help with dragging living people but corpses are just dead weight. A strong enough person with a wheelbarrow might be able to move a corpse alone.

The wiki is not a game manual written by staff (mostly). It's a wiki, written and edited by anyone. So if you see information that is not there, please add it.
I added a note to the wheelbarrow article a long time ago about dragging corpses. I just now added a line to the dead body article too.

Can you guys check for a body in a vehicle if we don't know whether there is one? Someone in this town got sick and there aren't any bodies on the ground and we can't remember if someone visiting in a vehicle may have died there instead of having left. And also one guy was talking about noticing an extra vehicle, maybe someone who died on the road? If you can check, it's in Seatown Gardens.

There's probably partially buried bodies in town. Check the activity list.

Nope, no burying projects =( That sucks, I don't know what it is. Hopefully it goes away. Oh well.

It means that all bodies that were stuck in locations that couldn't be entered at the moment of asking have been moved out.
