Possible strength issue

I just spawned two much stronger than average expert fighters in a row. Now, this could, and probably is, luck, however as I have -never- spawned one of these before in 40 characters time, you have to forgive me if I am a little sceptical as to whether or not there is a bug in the skills handing out system right now?

I doubt it, if you've had bad luck all your Cantrian life, this is probably the up-side.

There is no bug - there have been no changes to the system of skills allocation
