I assumed they did... it's best to be prepared in any case. Fortunately the rot rates are so small nowadays that I don't think there's much of a threat of losing something, unless it was crumpling badly before the change.

It didn't used to, but I saw it get sugested awhile ago and be accepted, though I don't know for sure if it ever got fixed.
#004400 is my favorite color.
