Hope this is the right forum - please move it if not.

I clicked for about five daily reports yesterday, but they never showed up in my inbox and vanished from my player screen. Usually they arrive within a few minutes. I was wondering if this lag was normal. Thank you!

There are a few (6 reports all for different players) waiting delivery at the moment - not a great backlog and certainly not 4 or 5 for one player.

Have you checked your bulk email/spam folder ? Also the problem may very well (and most likely) reside with your ISP - the fact that their servers have accepted delivery doesn't mean it's made it to your email account.

No, it's not in the spam folder. Could be a lag on the part of the ISP, I guess. It's just the first time it's happened. Thanks!
