Attacking Error?

One of my characters cannot attack a specific person. He can attack anyone except that one man, whom he has attacked before the server crash. An error now pops up whenever I try to attack the man, saying that my character cannot attack that person more than once a day; however, it has been more than several days since my character's last attack on that person. Is anyone else getting this same kind of problem?

it has been several days since the current cantr time? The lost 3 days are if they never existed... I seen newspawns totaly disappear.... shame too, at least the one was active...

In that case, my character did not attack for almost two days then. He's eaten his carrots twice without lifting up his sword.
