Dead body on bike cart.

There is a dead body on a bikecart, that i wish to get out of there.

I've sent the info to PD but i think it have been a misunderstanding. PD have forwarded it to ProgD.

What info and to where should this kind of request be sent?

PD did forward it to ProgD - no misunderstanding there - Only ProgD can move bodies

Whilst you've provided a lot of infomation you haven't provided the exact name of the vehicle - If you can mail that to bugs@cantr.net then we can deal with the issue
