When i try to build a lock inside of a the dirt motorcycle "KSF For Life" at Kwor Souther Fields. I keep getting this error message, can anyone tell me why?

ERROR: This location already has the maximum possible number of this object.=

Because there is already a lock on that bike - You can only have one lock in any location

Wow, I feel stupid. But how can there be a lock on it already without me building one? I mean, the bike was only completed about 5 cantr minutes ago.

It has a built in lock, lick a car door.
