Wierd Incident?

This happened to 4 of my characters at the same time yesterday. The wierd thing is, is that they are all on different parts of the world. One is even on a russian continent. How could they all here the same thing at the same time all around the world? Here is what the heard:
1652-5.23: You hear someone trying to break lock no. 1999660 at Nomad.

This is a known issue where certain events are broadcast to all travelling players - its similar to the "Ghost Ship undocking" known bug (thought the latter is fixed).
