I constantly get this -- or something similar, multiple times per day when speaking. Not every time but happens often enough to be a pain.

I think it happens when you try to submit an event when the page is trying to refresh the events. Someone in programming was supposed to increase the countdown but no one ever did it. You can turn off java script in your account settings. That's what I do when I don't need to be building anything.

This happens on the project selection page when I am about to add resources to a project and there are several projects that need the resource I'm adding. In this particular case adding wood to a boat.

Yes, it's a non-English char in English speaking lands, if that helps. And I can repeat this every time.
