So in other words, you could give someone else the sneezes because you yourself do not sneeze but do have the sneezes, even if the source of the sneezes is not there? That's pretty awesome.

I didn't say that. Just saying it's statistically possible to have the sneezes without noticing it.

But if you don't sneeze, but do have the disease, doesn't that mean you can give the disease to someone else? Or how does that work?

Maybe I'm not supposed to say how things work but as far as I read it, it was the act of sneezing that infects people, not just the presence of a sick person.
