Registration problem

There are few people from Poland who registered to the game and they not received ID, but after one week they received message that they characters are dead. Anyone knows why?

Because they didn't get to log in before time was up, so their accounts were deleted, is my guess. If they sign up again and don't get an email with their ID number and password within a day or two, they should email the Players Department so that they can get that information and log in. It's some bug or something.

No, it really was a bug ... It should be repaired now.
