Account login issues

My sister has an account on Cantr, number 21781. Problem is, when she tries to login with what she thought was the correct password she'll get the 'no such ID' message. The confirmation emails were accidentally deleted from her email account, and she can't create a new one because she's already registered as having an account.

So... would she be able to get her account information sent to her email again?

Her best bet would be to e-mail the Players Deparment at players@cantr.net and tell them her situation.

We have no player with that ID. Without further information (name, etc.) there is little I can do. Can you mail more details to bugs@cantr.net?
