Dead body problem in Sil (dutch)

In Sil (Dutch) we've got a problem with a dead char on a bike, there seems to be no way to get the man of the bike or get on the bike itself. :shock:

So is there a way to get the body out of there? Is is possible for support to do something to solve the problem?
