Russian maps

Characters in the Russian land don't seem to have location maps right now.

I'd have put this in Flyspray, but http://www.cantr.net/flyspray is now a 404.

We're aware of this problem and considering possible solutions. For now it's a bit unclear why we do have this problem now and didn't have it on the old server ...
