Over 100% drunkeness

When drinking alcohol, the UI states it's possible to become >100% drunk. Does this mean it takes longer to sober up? The status bar goes only to 100%.

No, it means you will die from alcohol poisoning the next tick...


Seriously, I'm not sure, but it is a valid question.
