Event filter (People/vehicles entering)
The filter "People/vehicles entering" makes your character stop lighting up when arriving at a new location in a vehicle. It took me a long time to figure out why my character wouldn't light up. I don't care about people entering and exiting building repeatedly. I do want to be alerted when I arrive at a new location though.

Re: Event filter (People/vehicles entering)
I was just about to post exactly this. I've had to turn it back on for characters traveling or I miss when they arrive. Along the same lines that I don't care if people are whispering to one another, just if someone whispers something to me.

Re: Event filter (People/vehicles entering)
Is there a guide or list somewhere, of what filters cover what actions? I know I'd like to make a guard specific one, with things like dragging people, hitting, picking up items, passing notes, etc etc etc. Most of those, seem to be covered. But a more formal list could be useful for my hyper-vigilant in a town full of chatty people characters.

I'm trying hard but I really can't picture you playing a guard.

Any idea in what group could it be? I've tried to move it somewhere else but none looks suitable.

Re: Event filter (People/vehicles entering)
I don't know, it seems clumsy at the moment. There are several events grouped together:
1. Me arriving in a location
2. Someone else arriving in a location
3. Someone else exiting/entering a building
Of these, 3 can often be ignored whereas 1 and 2 are important. Maybe split it into "entering/exiting buildings" and "land travel"?

I want a "language I don't speak" filter. And an "annoying person I don't want to listen to" filter.

Please avoid offtopic.
It's not the suggestion forum and any text-based filtering is completely different from this issue.
But I'm not sure if these ideas were serious, at all...
I've created a new events group - Land travel. It contains the following events:
I hope it helps.

Re: Event filter (People/vehicles entering)
There is a split between 'whispers' and 'my whispers', and it surprised me that this split doesn't exist for "talking". There's a fair difference between the two.
I realise this isn't really the right place, but it's a small issue of consistency that's not really worth a new topic.
