I'm coming back to Cantr after about three years away, and it seems to be taking quite a long time for my account to be accepted this time.
I understand that the mods are unpaid, and therefore must do this sort of thing in their spare time, but is there something else going on? Is there a large event or software changeover going on? Or am I just being impatient?
I think it's been two days? Maybe three? Who can tell anymore. It's all so dark without Cantr.
Account acceptance time?

Did you contact support about getting your account reactivated? I don't remember seeing recently that there would've been reactivation requests that hadn't been addressed by the time I saw them.

I'm using a different email address and username this time, I don't think I will be able to get reactivated.

The answer to this question is no, it's not because of something special going on.
Contacting support could help though. It'd probably be better to reactivate your old account like Seko said instead of making a new one (at least, I'd personally find it cool to have my old account back if I were in the same situation).
Edit:

..why? It doesn't matter how long ago it was. If your account was banned or something then making a new account wouldn't work either.
Oh, or you don't have access to the same email?

Yeah, I don't have access to the email, I don't remember the profile number or password and I'm on a different IP address so I don't think they can do it that way either. I feel like a clean start is the best option. I would like to have my old account back as well, but I'm not fussed if it doesn't happen.

Hello Tchochke, I will send you a PM to ask you a few questions about the old account to accelerate the process
Edit: Solved.
