same item 2+ times on list

I went to try to find how to build the herb garden, only to find out theres an exact duplicate. 2 herb gardens to be built exactly the same way in the list, and I doubt its the only item. Why is this?

From the wiki:

The two types of herb garden are herb garden (plains) and herb garden (grasslands). Both have the same projects, outputs and requirements, differing only in the location requirement.

Thanks. In-game it does not specify differences. I wish some one would do that. they look like duplicates.

I wish they were labeled as such, because there's no way to tell which is which until it tells you that you can't build it there.

Request granted. They now say herb garden (for plains) and herb garden (for grasslands). In fact, I noticed that that's how it was in Spanish, but not in English.
(Edit: If you can think of a better way to word it, let me know. Unfortunately the label is still there once it's made.)
