And you've checked the location page, right under the picture?
The weather might be too mild to warrant an event generated, but that's still weather. I have at least one character who wouldn't have noticed if I the player hadn't by other means because they'd have had no reason to look around for it yet.

Two of my chars, who both happens to be in deserts, have not had any weather related events either. Can you please specify what the sorroundings are where your eventless characters are please? Might help pinpointing any problems. Thanks!
Edit: Weather still shows up under the picture on the location page, but no events.
