Cantr slow?
Game's been reeeaaally slow all of a sudden...
Is it just me? Other sites seem to run alright.

In our timeframe Bmot, it's always between 18:00 - 20:00.
Always 130+ people online then.. Just strains the site I guess.

Re: Cantr slow?
Were the lags related to game processing or data transfer? What was visible on the bottom of the page when the lagging page loaded? Little or much time used? Loading frozen before displaying anything or when part of page was already visible?
I suspect today lag could've something to do with connection, not processing. Sad I wasn't around when it happened.
I've made some fixes to translation engine for cantr pages and now everything works faster. There shouldn't be lags even for 140+ players.

Re: Cantr slow?
This time it is nice lag.
It's probably animal script. I'll check it.

241 seconds two days ago, next time I'll post just like Doug has. I -think- it was data transfer because it happens more often when many players are online, and (in my experience) never when there are little players online.

Re: Cantr slow?
And for the record the two-game-minute lag I posted here was when I was trying to load pages.

Re: Cantr slow?
There was a bug which made travels code work extremely slow in some cases. Recent lags were done by me, because I wanted to make sure about cause of the problem
It should be fixed now.
