Envelope witha hole?

I filled an envelope with numerous copies of the same note, and a few notes with the same subject, but different text. (a lucky-dip game )

But whenever ayone choses a note to take out, the whole lot fall out at the same time!!

i am guessing its like a raffle game... this is what i would do..
put the names on the note , with no subject on any of them... then when all the names are on them.. randomly number them from 1 to whatever..
