Coke Oven

In a city we have got a Coke Oven.
Is there no function for this oven yet? When I try to use it, the page just refreshes. And no projects are started on it yet.

Same goes with the mixing bowl in that city.

Re coke oven: I was about to add its function into the database, but I want to pose a suggestion to the RD first and get feedback.
