glitches

fter the issues we've had and possiblity of small loose ends i am not going to hesitate even when i find something as small as the first glitch i am reporting below

i clicked a char, it took almost aabout half a minute to load, not around a tick.. well 10 minutes before the travel tick.
when my char finally loaded i noticed something in the upper left corner
Duplicate entry '288138-1' for key 1\n
when i clicked events to se if it would disappear, it did, i figure any glitch is worth bringing up.

the second and slightly more disturbing thing i have noticed
recently again i have been noticing a map glitch where i go to the location page for a char and see the map of one of my other chars
and just to clarify, i do click the appropriate cantr arrow to go to my player page NOT the back browser button.
it remedies easily but it happens and more so the past 3 days , didnt notice it at all in january.
