vehicle bug?

vehicle bug?

my character arrived in a town and there appeared to be an empty tandem bike. my character never went inside...no one ever left or entered the tandem, and the people screen only showed my character and the character she was travelling with. ours broke the lock, and suddenly, there was a very live person on the tandem. she even shows up on the people screen now, yet was not there last night.
