Can't install fuel injection system (petrol)

Jazono has built a fuel injection system (petrol) and tried to build an new engine with it (for Tre Bona Veturilo). The engine parts were taken into the project, but the fuel injection system was not. There was an error message saying that for this project you do not need this kind of object. However, the project details show: fuel injection system (petrol) (1 total items required, 1 items still needed).

How does Jazono get the project to accept the fuel injection system (petrol) he is currently holding?

Did you try to add the parts manually or did you try to have them added automatically?

First, I tried to install it automatically (from the build menu). The engine when in but the injector didn't. I then tried to add the injector manually (from the inventory menu). That failed with the same error message.

And you are sure to have the right type of FIS? (Sorry if that sounds stupid, but I have no idea what could be causing the error.)

Did something get mis-named somewhere?

Maybe it's upset by the use of parenthesis? The internal names do seem overly complicated compared to other internal names...

When I display Jazono's inventory and click on the action button for the "fuel injection system (petrol)", the select project page appears with the "installing car engine" project the only choice available. So, at this point, the "fuel injection system (petrol)" is correctly identified as belonging to the "installing car engine project*. It knows that the "fuel injection system (petrol)" is needed for the project.

The problem occurs when I proceed. Instead of inserting the "fuel injection system (petrol)" into the project, it says that it is not needed for the project. Now, it thinks that the "fuel injection system (petrol)" is not needed for the project.

Looks like the brackets are causing the problem. I was afraid it might be the fact that I had to give all engines the same name to avoid updating alḷ

Changed the internal names of the FISs and engine requirement. Seko, would you be so kind as to correct another one of my mistakes? You only have to update engine building projects, the FISs themselves should be fine.
