Can't build Apothecary Kit

Can't build Apothecary Kit

When I go to the Build menu, then the Storage menu, then click Apothecary Kit, it just takes me right back to the Build menu.

The kit looked ok in the objects database, except for lacking a few dimensions. It might be a bug.
