Inappropriate note?

In Stachni Hills South, there's a note called 'Character Notes', some player (probably new) has listed a description of all their characters.

Is this a bit of a CRB? I know it's a misunderstanding but..

Also, would a Department like to remove it, or would you prefer my character picked it up and erased it? I'm more than happy to do that, to save time for what ever Department would handle it.
