Project Ticks?

Postby Vazalco » Sun Oct 26, 2008 6:22 pm

Did something change regarding the project ticks?

Usually I can start a project (for example) around 12:00PM my time and then see it progress at 12:25PM or so. Did the project ticks get pushed around in when they occur, or was it changed so that you have to start a project even earlier before the tick now?

The project ticks are all at pre-defined times.

So if you start a project at 8:30 pm and the next tick is at 9:00 it'll take 30 minutes.
But if you start it at 8:00pm then it'll take an hour.

Never mind, I see what happened. The project ticks now occur one hour later than they previously did. Now instead of the ticks happening at 12:30, 3:30, 6:30, and 9:30, they now occur at 1:30, 4:30, 7:30, and 10:30.

From the looks of it, I'd say all the turns have been moved one hour forward...I can't be too sure if it was that amount since I haven't been watching it closely, but I think it is one hour.

That's because the clock was set one hour forward.
Doesn't that happen in your country?

I believe it should be set an hour back, right?

No, I live in the United States, and due to new legislation, we set our clocks back earlier this year than the rest of the world. That's what it is, though.
