A newbie was never accepted...
An acquaintance of mine wanted to join to play in English and Chinese. She applied but never received an email, and it's been a week.

She should try to create an account again, I think.
Sometimes happens that e-mails with ID don't reach players' mailboxes. We can help then, if player writes to
and gives us data, which let us identificate the account and send the ID. But in this case it would be to late - new account idles out after 7 days without logging in.
