HTML notes

It would probably be a good investement of my time to figure it out.

Like I say, though, I wasn't really thinking anything too extravagant. I just kind of wanted to center some text.

I have a html note I found in cantr. It's a grid of radio buttons, and you have a timer. One radio button is clicked. Click on it and it changes to another random button. Click as many as you can in the time allowed.

What in Jos's name is that game doing in cantr?

What would be good, would be some form of simple html in note titles- along the lines of BB code - bold, underlined, italics and colour only

I tried to use those BB codes (to make bold my note's title). It doesn't work. Is it not possible anymore?

It was never possible. It was just a suggestion but no one took notice of it. Using html used to be possible but some people put obnoxiously large pictures in note titles or forgot to close their tags so that a person's events might turn bright blue from the point on when they did something with the note.
