Oh it is if you knew the circumstances. I'm not talking about a character, i'm talking about a Cantr staff member and he is a jerk.

ahhh, at least its a little more clear, thought you were pissed at a char in game or something. Cant you just search the member list and find him/her that way?

Moved to General Support, because that's where requests for help regarding your account and such go. Though this is a completely inappropriate way to find out who someone is, as pointed out. I suggest being more polite. A simple, "Who is John Tsai, and how can I contact him?" would suffice. I highly doubt he called you a jerk when he contacted you for whatever reason he needed to.
