dragging bug

I get this message when trying to drag a man in karnon:

ERROR: man 755 B appears to be dragged already by Gustav Anderman.=

What is this supposed to mean? Since when you can't help someone dragging? Someone else had the same problem in the same location earlier today

Click on Gustav Anderman.
Click the (P) icon to help Gustav Anderman.
