Gathering rates

seems like some of my chars have been gathering at strange rates took me 3 days to gather 20% of a days worth of cod i'm skillful then today it jumps to 60% same thing with a few of my chars WTF is going on here???

it's not just gathering either i started repair my bow it says it takes 6 hours i'm above average stregth with no damage it's only 30% done now thats like 9 hours WTF???

I think it's becaus, you see, cantr relodes (or something) every end of the day (for sertain projects, aparantly like you're gathering and repair project)

I'm pretty shure about that, but don't quote me.
