ok, this is a n00bish question, but say someone started a boat, then abandoned it, and someone came and finished it, would the person who finished it actually "own" the boat? or what?

Boats are like buildings anyone can use them and they have no memory of who created them.

Some boats come with keys. The key would wind up in the same place as if you finsihed someone elses lock project.

so...basically if you finished someone elses boat you would get the key? or would it end up on the ground?
