rotting tools

Do tools rot whether they're on the ground or being carried?

They rot wherever they are, alshepro, unless they are in repair projects.

Although I believe ProgD were working on a way to remove even that safeguard... :x

And the rot based on time, not per use. They per use code isn't in place yet, but the values are.
Reality was never my strong point.
