Do items in repairs count toward the amount a building or vehicle can hold?

And what if some current travelling boats are over the limit? We won't be suddenly dumped overboard, will we? :?

The typcial workaround for this is that you simply won't be able to add anything else until the weight drops below acceptable levels, meaning if you get out, you may not be able to get back on/in! Better fix everything up then before you get off or go out

Actually I wish it already did...I'm trying to cram just a few more things into my bike, and it would help if taking my heavier stuff out of repairs freed up more room.

Which is why warning will be given , generally however very few vehicles or buildings will be overweight - It's mainly those with smaller capacity
such as Dirt motorcycles, Mud huts and rafts/canoes .

On request ,ProgD will probably move selected projects /items after implementation but we want to avoid that.
