Can't login to forums on Mozilla

Postby Seeker » Wed May 17, 2006 11:50 am

I'm assuming this is the right place to post this thread.

Has anyone else found that they cannot login on Mozilla? On both of my computers I found that I could login for a small amount of time (around a week or so) until suddenly it just stops working. When I click login it would take me back to the main forum page and I wouldn't be logged in at all, now I use Explorer to login. Is there a solution for this or is it just a bug in Mozilla that can't be helped.

I'm using firefox and I've never had a problem. Could it be an issue with your privacy settings? Something to do with your cookies?

I used Mozilla for a few months, no problems. Have you tried clearing browser cache? No idea if that'll do anything, but it's always good to try.

Alongside 'forcing an unexcpected reboot and restart' that has to be one of those wonderful catch-all solutions for computers...

Clear cache, reboot, kick the computer, "get a Mac," reformat . . .
