Giving button broken

When you try to hand anyone something it comes up with this

Warning: mysql_fetch_object(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/httpd/vhosts/cantr.net/httpdocs/form.give.inc.php on line 19

And then the game crashes. Not usefull when I am trying to hand over a shield to someone
