What can i do my char is starving and he is lost? Plakypor Bay Road, travelling from Plaeker Forest South to Plaeker Hills

All he can do is keep walking and hope he finds food. Staff doesn't do divine interventions to save starving characters, and players aren't allowed to give each other information about resource locations (though nobody ever got in trouble for correcting the spelling of a name, e.g. from Plaeker to Plaekur).

But in a completely general sense, hills usually have food, so your character will probably be fine.
