Chasing Thieves on Bikes

Postby Nixit » Sun Aug 28, 2005 4:32 pm

Okay, say you are chasing a thief, and you are on a bike (which you assume is an advantage because it's faster). However, when you check the person's description, it makes no mention on how fast they are going, and there is no white button to make your speed equal with theirs. Thus, chasing a thief on a bike will most likely be a series of turning around and turning around again until you are finally awake when the thief is there.

Not how it should work.

(Should this be in General Support? I'm not entirely sure.)

Not to mention, I don't think you can see what direction walkers are walking in, nor if they turn around or not. I agree, this needs to be fixed, added, whatever.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can see them turn around.

I'm pretty sure we already wanted this back when I was playing. Kind of sad to see the same problem still exists. But after dealing with SOE, I am really not that shocked about it.

Makes me say Meh :|

I think this is just another one of those countless "will-be-implemented-when-we-get-around-to-it" kind of things.
