Vanishing Building

I reported this on Flypray, but it looks like nothing's been dealt with on there for weeks.

A new building project in Siom seemed to simply vanish on completion, about 3 -4 days ago. The name begins with a "U" and the last building on the list in Siom begins with " T", so I'm wondering if maybe there was simply no room left on the page to display the building?

Anyway, can this be sorted out quickly please? That building is urgently needed, and has already suffererered numerous delays for IC reasons.
