Suggestions Index - Work in Progress - Please Comment

I thought it might be useful to generate some kind of index of suggestions on one thread - somewhat like the current stickys - but more detailed. I've done this so far - with just pages 17, 18 and 19 of the suggestions forums. It's not in any particular order at the moment. I've tried to group things in a way that makes some sense. Currently there are some headings with only one link below, this is because I know there will be more under that heading ;)

I'm looking for comments:
Would such a list actually be useful? (To other departments / forum users?) - This takes some time, I'd like to know if it'll be used :)
How should I go about indexing it? I thought it would make sense to group suggestions based upon categories rather than simply alphabetically, as that'd be easier to find a thread?
Are the categories I have so far useful - should they be changed / removed?
Or anything else..

Also, I've only got to Feb 2004 - and you can already see the most common suggestions re-appearing time and time again...
