Rules page
Please make a page where there is a clear definitions of the rules of Cantr.
Right now I found out there are two rules:
- The capital rule (found it out through the newbie guide, which has a vague definition of it)
- The 4-day rule (heard it mention somewhere, and had to ask someone on what it meant).
Most people know about the first rule, but it would help to have a clear page where the definitions of the rules are which you can always look back on.
And now that the 4-day rule is (apparently) being enforced, I imagine that it might be nice telling people beforehand and clearly about it.

What happened to the Announcements section? That explained the 4-day rule...
But I agree there should be a rules section. Especially for the capital rule, as the definition in newbie guide is quite vague and doesn't seem to cover the second half of the rule i.e. about ooc info from the forum and such.

That "announcement" section did indeed contain the 4-day rule once, but that was before I joined Cantr and I haven't seen it.
And there's a similarly vague description of the Capital rule on the description and background page.

Thank you for proving that I'm not crazy
The 4-day rule is (apparently) that you must not talk about things that happened in game in the last 4 days. Only after that period are you allowed to discuss it in chat or on the forum.

The Capital Rule can't really be defined. There are too many possibilities regarding it. However, it's in the FAQ in the General Support thread, explained in the best detail I could.
The 4-day rule is something I'll have to add to the FAQ, but it is exactly as stated, you can't mention things that have happened in game in the last four days - NO EXCEPTIONS. I stress this. No matter how small the thing is you want to talk about it, please, don't break this rule. The reason we have rules is NOT to break them with a bunch of exceptions.

Anthony, as much as I admire your efforts to create an FAQ, the only reference to it is hidden in the forums. There really should be a reference to it from the Cantr pages and the "?" button would be a good start, if you also provide some links to the other docs from the FAQ.
Currently there is no official reference to the 4-day rule anywhere and only vague references to the capital rule (in the introduction). And that really has to be fixed before you start upholding it and start punishing players.

The staff usually just hands out warnings, the don't swoop in and delete accounts or really do anything worse than a stern talking to.
If your worried you're doing or planning something that might brwak the CR, just ask the staff or some older players and they'll clear it up for you. You're beginning to sound paranoid.

Reality was never my strong point.
