Selectable food consumption

Postby The Industriallist » Thu Jul 22, 2004 4:23 pm

It really gets annoying when a character has a valuable (or light) food and a cheap food, and persists in consuming the valuable food first. If I have cooked meat and rice, I don't want to eat the meat first...

A selector would be nice, but failing that a more rational priority system would help.

Yes, I have thought so many times of suggesting this. The eat button for healers would be perfect for a second role in being used for good foods too!

My guess is, its done in alphabetical order, or at least whatever order it's in in the database.

Do it heaviest foods first!

That would be next-best to a selector. But sometimes you would rather eat carrots than spinage, for example. Nothing is ever simple, in the ideal case :D

Still, Revanael is right. Do it heaviest first!

Well if you could sort it further, it should be Just Daily Sustainer Foods first in heavy order, then revert to Multi Healer/Sustainers in heavy order.

I like keeping Spinage, Seaweed in reserve-and now, so should everyone. :P

Hmmm, spinach is useful. But it's lighter than carrots, isnt it? per meal?

'spinage' is 50g per day. Carrots are 40g.

It would be better to be able to select it manually then an automatic system. I have also thought a lot about this...since my characters from RP view would like to balance their meals a bit sometimes.
Eat the invisible food, Industrialist...it's delicious!
