"I forgot my password and/or ID" procedure
Make it like in a email logging page, because if you forget it (like me now) it's like hell waiting to get an answer from someone from support.

We already have a programmer in training working on something like this. It's currently on hold though.

You got a reply over 9 hours ago. Try adding the support email to your address book to prevent it from ending up in your trash folder.

I think there is something wrong with someone's email server. Because the support email that you mentioned I got today, but cantr turn reports I always got instantly. Still waiting for the password. And I don't have an antispam protection or anything (yes, I checked the trash folder).

In today's internet, I find this hard to believe. I'm not sure how your email would even be usable if this were the case. No offense, but I find it a little easier to believe that your spam filtering is happening somewhere that you're not aware of it.
Then again, if you're not getting the emails from PD, you probably wouldn't get them from an automated account recovery tool, either.
But yes, this would be useful, as I was having credential related problems today as well.

I can turn on and off the antispam filter and from beginning it's off.
I got the email from PD. The date is from yesterday (16:31), but I got it today (about 11). And I checked my postbox yesterday very often. I got promised that the new password will get send in another email to my email address. Still waiting.

I've changed your password and sent it to you now. If you don't get it, your email provider is garbage and you need to get a reliable service.

The o2.pl domain is currently rejecting emails. If you have an alternative email address, please send a new email to support. Thanks.
