Maybe someone has already suggested this, maybe not, couldn't find it but anyways, my suggestion is that we get rid of the ridiculous insta heal, I mean seriously, its not realistic and its not fun. It would be more fun if it takes time to heal (perhaps also by natural healing) by administrating first aid, lets say you are expert at healing and you can heal 10% per hour or awkwardly, you take 1%. Also the ingredient factors in for how long it will take to heal you completely and how much.
Summary:
-Healing is like a project, you can do it yourself but it takes longer, people do it to you, its more effective, the more doing it, the quicker the healing is done.
-Implementing things like this would actually make doctors seem feasible.
-Perhaps certain tools can be used to increase healing, like let say bandages, needles, scissors or whatever.

We are discussing combat, healing and near death state in GAB after having discussions here in the suggestion forums. Something like this is in thepipeline.

I think it would be awesome.. I have seen a few try to be proclaimed docs but all they can do is hand them something.. role play the applying of bandages... some respond to this, most say thanks or something and leave it at that.. project.. *you see a woman in her twenties apply a bandage to a man in his thirties* make it take like a few hours or something.. like burying a body... if they have herbal products.. they can apply a mixture and a bandage and only take an hour?

Good suggestion, and I'm glad it's being worked on. I personally would love to play a doctor character. Or a nurse.
