Walking makes you tired..

Postby returner » Mon May 24, 2010 2:48 am

I think walking should make you tired. That way, chairs, rugs etc have a use and the traveller has to stop at each town for a rest. Also, Inns could actually have use. And, people might pay for a ride in a vehicle, which stimulates the Cantr economy even further.

Thoughts? I have no idea how tired one should be, or whether it increases as you walk. If you like this idea, perhaps suggest some implementation techniques.

I've got a charrie who's been walking for over 6 days and is only just over 50% there (and he's not carrying too much). He's going to be one tried chappy if this got implemented.

If so, a walking skill must be implemented.
And use of the walking stick.

I'm probably wrong, but I swear I read that there's a walking skill waiting to be 'activated'..
